ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Cheryl. I created Cai Baby following the birth of my daughter, Isabella.

My background is in the charity sector. I have worked for national baby loss charities for over a decade providing bereavement support and working to improve bereavement care.

I benefited from attending baby massage classes with Isabella, and know so many positives can come out of a 5 week course for mummies, daddies (or other primary care giver) and babies.

I have attended the St John Ambulance two day paediatric first aid course, training on baby massage for babies born small or premature and also the School of Babywearing peer supporter course. I am a postnatal doula and a full member of the Association for Infant Mental Health (AIMH) & Attachment Parenting UK (APUK). I also offer birthlight baby yoga for pre-mobile babies and also story massage workshops.

ABOUT MY CLASSES

Cai Baby offers baby-led classes for babies from birth to 1 year old.

I offer a non-judgmental and welcoming space for all parents. Each class includes some relaxation, discussion and massage.

Classes run for 5 consecutive weeks.

Your booking fee includes:
Your place on the 5 week course
A bottle of organic cold pressed vegetable oil
Weekly handouts
An end of course certificate
Organic tea/coffee

Fees are written per parent and baby pair, however, a second agreed adult is able to attend at no additional cost. Babies from a multiple birth are welcome at the cost of a singleton.
